Toys Merchandise
Unfortunately we do not accept refunds for any toys available due to hygiene reasons.

Harnesses, Leads & Collar Merchandise
Please use our size guide before purchasing.
We do allow returns on unused, hair free harnesses within 7 days of purchase.

For all returns, please ensure you reach out to us for return authorization prior to shipping the item back. Along with details for the refund. Refunds may take up to 10 working days.
